Highest need: Someone willing to take point on this task other than Jess. This can include receiving an auto-notification when someone signs up to help and/or you reaching out to your own network of friends to get this job done.

This does not have to be completed this Saturday but the building is not available on Sundays. We also have 7 van-fulls of supplies from the tea party fundraiser waiting to be unloaded back into our storage area, for which there is no room until we first get these items moved out and storage shelves assembled and the existing storage items organized, so the sooner this can be completed, the better.

Tasks:

1. Carefully move tables aside in Fellowship Hall, to make room.
2. Carefully move supplies inside our storage area over to one side, to make room.
3. From the far back corner of the storage area, move: couch, pool table and air hockey table out of the storage area, around a very narrow doorway/hallway (might require gently, temporary removing 1-2 doors)… carry down the hallway, through the Fellowship Hall, down a hallway, into the former food pantry closet room.
4. Re-attach any doors.
5. Carefully move tables in Fellowship Hall exactly where you found them.
6. Depending on what block of time we can get the most volunteers, we’ll let you know when we schedule this.

It should only take 20 minutes.
